In partnership with Jack Morton Worldwide, I helped open NYC's first Google-led public educational space in Chelsea and served as Director of Operations from launch through its pandemic closure. I owned the full operation - vendor and staff management, event production, registration, partner outreach, and reporting — and worked daily with Talent, Real Estate, AV, Security, F&B, Events, and Internal Comms to keep a high-traffic public venue running safely and on-brand, with 24/7 incident response.
Embedded at Alphabet through FIRST Global Events, I led a bi-coastal team of 12 producing YouTube Creator Partnership activations inside Google's NYC and LA corporate campuses. I owned team leadership, vendor management, staffing, and contracts across both markets, and coordinated daily with Facilities, AV, Security, Catering, Legal, and JLL to ensure every activation was safe, compliant, and on-brand. I served as the primary escalation point for all operational and logistical decisions across the portfolio.
At Sub Rosa, I managed daily operations of And&And, the agency's 2,500 sq ft event space — maintenance, repairs, security, vendor relationships, and full compliance with health, safety, and contractual obligations. Alongside that, I served as Event Director and Producer on the agency's inaugural Condé Nast/GQ contract, overseeing multi-channel programming across live events, video production, and social and digital initiatives, delivering four to six projects per month.
