In partnership with Jack Morton Worldwide, I helped open NYC’s first Google-led public educational space in Chelsea and served as Director of Operations from launch through its pandemic closure. I owned the full operation: vendor and staff management, event production, registration, partner management, and reporting, and worked daily with Talent, Real Estate, AV, Security, F&B, Events, and Internal Comms to keep a high-traffic public venue running safely and on-brand, with 24/7 incident response.
