As the Director of Operations at the Grow With Google Learning Center, Jeremiah collaborated with Jack Morton Worldwide to inaugurate New York City's inaugural Google-led pop-up educational space. Transforming into a vital fixture in the Chelsea community, the GwG Learning Center not only exceeded attendance expectations but also transitioned to a brick-and-mortar model, accessible to the public until its permanent closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this role, Jeremiah took full responsibility for the event experience, expertly managing vendors, staff, and program logistics. He collaborated closely with cross-functional teams - Talent, Real Estate, AV, Security, F+B, Events, and Internal Comms—to maintain a frictionless, secure environment, responding to incidents 24/7. His scope included reporting, registration, partner outreach, and event production, ensuring seamless, impactful experiences.
During his tenure at Sub Rosa, Jeremiah seamlessly integrated facilities management into his portfolio by coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 2500-square-foot event space, And&And. His meticulous approach extended to the comprehensive management of maintenance, repairs, and security protocols, ensuring the site's strict compliance with agreed-upon policies, procedures, and contractual obligations. Demonstrating a commitment to a safe and compliant workplace, Jeremiah promptly addressed health and safety concerns while fostering positive relationships with external vendors for facility services.
Tasked with overseeing the inaugural annual contract with Conde Nast/GQ, Jeremiah also assumed the role of Event Director and Producer. Beyond executing the agency's multi-channel projects encompassing live experiential events, video production, and social and digital initiatives, he consistently delivered four to six initiatives monthly.
In his agency initiatives role, Jeremiah ensured the smooth operation of the public-facing monthly symposium, Applied Empathy, led by Sub Rosa CEO Michael Ventura. This involved comprehensive responsibilities such as budget ownership, speaker recruitment and debriefing, coordination with A/V vendors, and collaborative art direction with Calliope, a West Village home store.
Simultaneously, he played a pivotal role in managing ongoing experiences and events, including booking and producing external client events to support the activation department. Beyond event production, he seamlessly handled the content and photography needs of the agency.
